TEAM ROLES

FACILITATOR He/she is the first to speak.He/she organizes a Plan of Work with his team mates: steps of the task, time for each step, assigns tasks to team members.He/she is the one who calls the teacher when everybody in the group agrees to do it.

HARMONIZER & MATERIALS MANAGER He/she goes for the materials and tools, controls their use and takes them back to their place.He/she controls that everybody works, is attentive and cooperates.He/she tries that the team reaches agreements.He/is attentive to putdowns, misbehaviour and lack of participation.He/she encourages team members to help and ask for help.

TIME KEEPER He/she is in control of the time.He /she cooperates with the Facilitator to assign a time for each step of the task.He/she controls the rhythm of work.He/she controls that everybody makes a good use of their time: TIMEWIN.

REPORTER AND SECRETARY He/she is the one who lead the presentation of the results of the work to the class.He takes notes of the team ideas, products and results.He/she explains the team ideas, products and results to the class. Other team members help him/her in the presentationHe/she presents the team members and their roles to the class.He/she speaks slow and clear.He ends asking: “Any question, class?”
